Our stamping equipment includes over 30 presses ranging from 5 to 200 tons. We have a variety of straight-side, OBI and OBS style presses which give us the versatility to meet a wide range of stamping capabilities. We have several 200 ton presses with bed sizes up to 95 (left to right) x 33″ (front to back). Our presses are fitted with both push-feeds and pull-feeds, tonnage monitors and similar safety monitoring systems.
We can stamp a wide range of material types and thicknesses. Our feeding equipment can handle material from 0.006 (0.15mm) to up to 0.250 (6.35mm) thick. Much of our experience is in working with SAE 1006-1050 cold rolled steel, 300/400 series stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, HSLA (high strength low alloy), 4130, 1074/1074 steel (both annealed & pre-tempered), pre-coated steels (galvanized / zinc) and we even stamp some plastics.
For our deep drawn part capabilities, we have a maximum cup / shell length of 3.000 (76mm).
We have cost effective onsite secondary operations available to meet the needs of light assembly work, projection / spot welding, machining & tapping, vibratory media deburring, rotary barrel burnishing (either part-on-part or with media), aqueous parts cleaning, line-die secondary stamping, vision / camera inspection, and more. If we do not currently have the machinery or equipment to complete your requirement, we would be glad to add to our specialties and obtain what is needed to get the job done.
With our many years of experience, we have a large list of reliable ISO certified subcontractors to meet our needs for electro-plating (barrel & rack) including zinc trivalent (hex free), black oxide, phosphate, E-coating, painting, machining, brazing, annealing, and heat-treating.
